How to load a spring into a stapler.?
I have a Stanley Model Bostitch 2100. The spring is slack and I am trying to find a way to make it tight to provide tensions Everything I have done has failed. I have everything separated but still on the hinge. I also have the spring out. Can someone help and tell me how to put the spring back in?
You're saying the spring has been stretched out?This is a standard desk model?Check at your local hardware store,it should be about a 2" long 1/8" wide spring,there are two hooks,one on front end of upper portion,the the other is on the top of the slide that pulls staples to front.
